Tacker – Underfloor Heating Installation Systems

Tacker Insulation Boards
With this type of underfloor heating installation, the pipes are fixed to 20 or 30 mm insulation boards using special tacker staples.
This system is ideal when you want to install both underfloor heating and floor insulation over a large surface area.
To allow for floor expansion and contraction, it is important to install edge insulation strips along all walls.

Tacker Grid Foil (Perforated Membrane)
For installations directly on insulation, a Tacker Grid foil can be used.
The foil features a grid with 10 × 10 cm rectangular spacing and an internal 5 × 5 cm subgrid, allowing pipes to be placed at different centre-to-centre distances.

Tacker Staples & Tool
The Tacker system includes insulation boards on which the pipes are fixed directly with 40 or 60 mm plastic staples.
These staples can be applied quickly and easily using the Tacker stapler tool.
